Who installs and roll back the inflatables and Bouncers?
Our team will install the game safely for you and will also return to your site before the end of your event for tear down. We appreciate your help for rolling and lifting the games into the truck.
Transportation is it included in the price?
Transport costs (for the inflatable games) and travel expenses (for employees) may apply depending on the distances and the number of games rented. You can consult our promotions section to verify our zone free of charge. For more details contact us .
What are the electrical requirements?
Each game requires 1 to 315 amperes independent electrical outlets. When booking we will advise the number of independent electrical outlets needed. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the appropriate number of electrical outlets. Also we can offer electrical generators for rental for a special price.
How to reserve the buncy houses?
A deposit of at least 50% is needed when signing the contract to reserve your games and date, the balance is payable the day of the event.
Should we supervise the bouncy houses?
The inflatable games must be supervised at all times; an inflatable unattended must be closed. When booking we will advise you the number of supervisors required. You have two options, finding volunteers or hire supervisor with us; but THE RESPONSABILITY OF THE CHILDRENS RELLY IN THE PARENTS AND/OR EDUCATORS ONLY.
What is the cost of renting an inflatable game?

How far in advance should I make a reservation?
The sooner you book the more choices you have. We recommend you to book at least 15 days before your event.
