When renting carnival games, the package include the game itself, any necessary equipment or props, but we do not include any prizes or giveaways. In the bundles we include setup and tear-down of the games, but no staff to operate the games.

The sniper and archery range needs adult supervision. There is no supervision from us. The client is solely in charge of keeping an eye on things and making sure the games are played responsibly and safely.

While we can potentially provide trained staff for your event, availability isn't guaranteed and should be discussed during booking. Many of our clients successfully run events using volunteers to supervise the games. A single volunteer can effectively monitor up to 3 games simultaneously. The key responsibility is ensuring participants use the games as intended (no jumping or rough play) and handle accessories with care. We'll provide clear guidelines for your volunteers on proper game supervision and safety protocols.
While our games can be used in light rain, we don't recommend operation in heavy rain or strong winds for safety reasons. We're happy to discuss backup dates or indoor alternatives when booking your event.
Absolutely! Many clients combine several games to create a full carnival experience. We offer package deals when you rent multiple attractions, and we can help you select games that complement each other for maximum entertainment value.
The security deposit serves as a guarantee that the games will be delivered in complete and good working order. The security deposit will be applied to the cost of replacement or repairs if a game is returned damaged or without parts.
Each game requires different space configurations. Most individual games need an area of about 1.5 meters x 1.5 meters, plus additional space for players to move around comfortably. We'll provide specific space requirements when you book and help you plan the optimal layout for your venue.
Each game takes about 10 minutes to inflate and secure. Takedown takes the same time.
The number of supervisors depends on your game setup. As a general rule, one adult can monitor up to 3 games at once. For example, if you rent 6 games, you'll need a minimum of 2 supervising adults. The main focus is preventing jumping on the inflatables and ensuring proper use of game materials and accessories. We'll help you plan the optimal supervisor arrangement based on your specific game selection and layout.
We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance, especially for peak seasons (summer months and holidays). For large corporate events or school functions, booking 1-2 months ahead ensures availability.
